Practitioners are required to maintain their own professional liability (malpractice) insurance and any other insurance required for their practice. Proof of insurance may be requested prior to booking. Renters are responsible for their own clients, equipment, and professional activities while using the space.
How to access our location :
Our therapy offices are located at 3097 Steinway Street, Suite 301A, Astoria, NY 11103. Enter through the main building entrance on Steinway Street and take the elevator or stairs to the third floor. Suite 301A is clearly marked and easily accessible. Clients are welcomed into a comfortable waiting area upon arrival.
