By making an enquiry, registering using email, WhatsApp or opting into our mailing list, we may add you to the TherapyRooms database so we can provide services, send relevant platform communications and manage your relationship with TherapyRooms.com.

Account Terms

Payment, Refunds, Upgrading and Downgrading Terms
Listings and subscriptions may be charged monthly in advance. Offers and promotions may occasionally be provided and are subject to these Terms.
Pay-per-lead or enquiry-related payments, where applicable, are paid before receiving the enquiry. TherapyRooms.com cannot guarantee that an enquiry will result in business.
TherapyRooms.com reserves the right to modify, suspend, discontinue or change pricing for services with notice where required.
Cancellation and Termination
You are responsible for properly cancelling your account or subscription using the appropriate cancellation process provided by the platform.
After cancellation, account content may be removed and eventually deleted from backups and logs. Deleted information may not be recoverable.
Copyright and Content Ownership

Physical, verbal, written or other abuse, including threats of abuse or retribution, may result in immediate account termination.
TherapyRooms.com shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses.
Continued use of the service after updates to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
