Turning Tides Wellness Centre is located at The Quay, Ballina, Co Mayo F26 DH02. A holistic space for therapists to practice a range of therapies , we offer rental of three different rooms, with an option for Therapists to use the kitchen facilities , there are two bathrooms located downstairs in the building and one upstairs. This room is suitable for one on one therapies, it is approx. 11 by 13 foot. Room available Mon, Wed, Thurs, Friday, Saturday at the moment.
Room 3
Room 3 is suitable for one on one therapies, art therapy, counselling, talk therapies.
Room 4
This is a large upstairs room, Suitable for play therapy, mindfulness groups, group therapies.(Groups only allowed upon consultation and permission from owner, please do not make a booking for a group before speaking with Sue at the Centre) Also available for one on one talk therapies.
