Therapy Rooms Victoria Cross is conveniently located on the main route between Wilton and Cork City Centre, close to CUH, CUMH, UCC, Bon Secours Hospital and the Mercy University Hospital.
Our therapy rooms are bright, welcoming and decorated in neutral tones, with simple keyless entry for easy access. Each room is equipped with a selection of furnishings depending on its use, including therapy beds, desks, chairs, comfortable armchairs, lamps, side tables and MP3 speakers, with solid oak flooring throughout.
Facilities include a comfortable waiting area, tea and coffee station, and WC facilities.
All room bookings are managed through our purpose-built online appointment scheduler, making it easy to view availability and reserve rooms when you need them.

Room 5 is a light filled room, suitable for counselling and one to one talk therapy sessions, it has a large window and emergency exit door to the road, intercom, side tables, desk, chair, tissues, plants, thermostatic heating, lamps.

Parking is for clients only, basement parking is available for therapists, look for the yellow wall.
Common Area Facilities:
Alcohol hand sanitizer dispensers will be available at the front door and in the 1st hallway, however, you will also need to provide your own and say the same to your clients.
Coffee and Tea area will be open, please clean this area after each use.
Toilet Facilities:
A paper towel dispenser has replaced hand towels,
A foot pedal bin for disposal of tissues.

Sessional Rooms
A Perspex distancing screen is available in the hall for users to avail of.
Please vacate the rooms 5 mins before the end of your session, its more important than ever that you adhere to the time you have booked. Running over because your client ran late is unacceptable.
Common sense & Meeting Clients
After your session we ask that you wipe down door handles and any surfaces which may be high contact.
Please observe the notices and protocols and inform your clients of the procedures the clinic is implementing
Keep the rooms in the format they are setup with the 2m distancing in place.
Please do so punctually and stay within bookings times.
Clients will need to come 5 mins before or on time to their session and enter the building safely. When clients are outside of the clinic, they must distance until it is their turn to enter

Your account will have a minus credit for two reasons
1. When you book a timeslot
2. When you are late cancelling an appointment, you will get refunded a % of the booking.
By buying credits in advance, you avail of large discounts on the standard hourly rate.

There is a new cancellation policy being implemented soon, you will be able to cancel at any time, however if you are within the 24 hours we charge your account credits, if you have not purchased credits, you will have a negative balance with will need to be settled.

I have being a customer of Therapy Rooms for over two years and have booked almost 500 hours. I find it a great service, ideal location and very reasonably priced. Atmosphere is serene and other users are very friendly. Choice of rooms is great depending on your requirements. Booking the room couldn't be easier as everything is done online once you set up your account and all bookings are saved to your history which is great for logging your hours. You can also cancel appointment online giving 24 hrs notice.
