The Iveagh Practice, Fade St, Dublin 2

The Iveagh Psychotherapy and Wellness Practice at 13 Fade St, Dublin 2, has beautiful therapy rooms to rent - the rooms are suitable for counselling, psychotherapy and other 1:1 meeting style therapies. The Fade St centre has seven well presented and tastefully furnished rooms, on the first, second floors and third floors with access by stairs only - there is no lift. The good sized rooms are bright, clean, professional and welcoming, they are furnished to a high standard with comfortable chairs and cushions for both therapist and client. Some of the rooms have plinths available for Acupuncture/Reiki/massage type therapies. Very centrally located on Fade St in Dublin 2, with a lot of local amenities and facilities. The rooms are regularly cleaned Unless you are already renting a day the rooms are not available to rent by the hour or for a one off day, they are available on an ongoing basis and rent is payable monthly in advance with just one months notice to leave required. There is a 6 month mininum commitment. Outside your block of time you can rent by the hour if a room is available for 15 per hour. Each room has wifi.

Daily Rates: Monday to Thursday rooms are available to rent in either a morning or evening 7 hour block or a full day block.

Monday- 8am to 3pm = 45 euro. 3pm -10pm = 50-55 euro or full day & evening 8am to 10pm = 80-85 euro. There is no charge for bank holiday Mondays.

Tuesday/ Wednesday/Thursday - 8am to 3pm = 50 -55 euro & 3pm -10pm = 55 -60 euro 

or full day & evening 8am to 10pm = 85- 90 euro depending on room size.

Fridays: 8am to 6pm = 75 euro

Saturday -8am to 6pm =75 -80 euro per day depending on room size.

Sunday at €50- 60 from 8am to 6pm depending on room size.
