At the Iveagh Psychotherapy and Wellness Practice at Wexford Street in Dublin 2, we have lovely therapy rooms to rent - the rooms are suitable for counselling or psychotherapy or other 1:1 meeting style therapies. The Iveagh practice has five well presented and tastefully furnished rooms, on the first and second floors with access by stairs only - there is no lift. The good sized rooms are quiet and welcoming, they are furnished with comfortable chairs and cushions for both therapist and client. Some of the rooms have plinths available for Acupuncture/Reiki/massage type therapies. Very centrally located on Wexford Street in Dublin 2, with a lot of local amenities and facilities. The rooms are regularly cleaned. Unless you are already renting a day the rooms are not available to rent by the hour or for a one off day, they are available on an ongoing basis and rent is payable monthly in advance with just one months notice to leave required. Each room has wifi.
Monday to Thursday rooms are available to rent in either a morning or evening 7 hour block or a full day block. Daily Rates:
Mondays - 8am to 3pm = 45-50 euro// 3pm -10pm = 45 to 55 euro depending on room size. Or full day & evening 8am to 10pm= 75 -85 euro depending on room size. There is no charge for bank holiday Mondays.
Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday = 8am to 3pm = 50 euro// 3pm -10pm = 50 to 60 euro depending on room size. Or full day & evening 8am to 10pm= 80 -90 euro depending on room size.
Fridays: 8am-6pm for 65 euro.
Saturday- from 8am to 7pm = 70 per day, Or 2pm to 7pm for 35 euro.
Sunday at €50 from 8am to 6pm.

4 years agoThis location is super central with easy access from public transport. The rooms are tranquil with beautiful and tasteful decor. I love the welcoming yellow door at street entrance which then leads into an ascent to the therapy rooms. Once inside the building the transition from exciting and buzzling Wexford Street turns into a serene atmosphere and calming vibes upon entering the therapeutic space. The rent here is competitive and excellent value, and housekeeping and other matters easily discussed and arranged with the delightful landlady. I recommend this space highly for therapeutic, healing and wellness work.

The location is really good, easy access by public transport and surrounded by good restaurants and cafes. The rooms are quiet, decorated, clean, extremely tidy and with natural light. Shelly is very friendly and takes good care of the rooms. I highly recommend it, I had an amazing time there!

I'm running my city centre practice www.erichkellercounselling.com from 37 Wexford Street since 2019. The location is great, a short walk from Dame Street or Rathmines. Very well connected by public transport and is 4/5mins walk from the Green Luas line (either Stephen's Green or Harcourt Street stops). The rooms are all recently decorated, freshly painted, new modern furniture. The rooms are warm with practically no noise pollution from the busy street below (new windows) and have lots of natural light. Shelly is very approachable and accessible for all matters with the therapy rooms and keeps the whole place spotlessly clean and fresh giving a welcoming and professional feel to the place. Unfortunately, like many city centre locations this is not wheelchair or limited mobility accessible. The centre is accessed by stairs. These rooms are suitable for counselling & psychotherapy by layout and design and are ready for use as seen (the photos are a true presentation of what is available to rent). I am happy to write this review based on my experience renting space and working here, and running a sole trader psychotherapy business.
