Therapy Room to Rent in Limerick City Centre

This therapy room has been designed to be warm and welcoming to clients and comfortable for a therapist who may be using it. It is secure and contained. As a psychotherapist in in private practice, I am very proud of the space that has been created, however, the space remains unused for much of the week. Talk therapy is ideal for this space, additionally, there is a set up for sandtray therapy and for art therapy if desired. This therapy room is a part of a shared office space, which means that there is a reception area that is manned Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. There is also shared access to a kitchenette, bathrooms, and access to a balcony space. The room is on the top floor of a building in the centre of limerick city, it is accessible by stairs and lift. This space is wheelchair accessible. The room is furnished with 3 armchairs, a desk and office chair, lights, locker space (lockable for confidentiality), as well as other essential office supplies and furnishings. The room is available on a licence basis. You're renting exclusive use of the space for one day a week, or two days a week if you'd prefer more availability so you have full, uninterrupted use of the space. Payment is monthly, due on a fixed date each month, regardless of how many sessions you actually run that month.
