There are two types of letting
1. Long (monhtly, yearly) this is a standard listing
2. Short (hourly, daily) this requires our Booking platform.
Long term rentals are a great way of renting your space however to achieve a greater return, hourly rentals are a far more profitable choice.
Many really dont know the return that a Therapy room can generate

Lets lay down some assumptions
1. There are 25 rentable days per month
2. Average rent is 15 per hour
To Return 600-1200 Per month
By rentng your room for just 2 hours per day @ 15 per hour = 30 euro per day x 25 days = 600 per month
and with just 4 hours rented per day = 4 x 15 ph= 60 per day x 25 is an amazing 1200 per month

The average size of a room is 180 sq st divided into a annual rent of (12 x 1200 pm) 14400 is 80 euro per sq ft.
Yes you can list, however, its easier if you have a dedicated room to rent with its own calendar. If you do use the space yourself, the software can be adapted to manage shared use. Just message us, we'll take you through how to get the best from your space and maximise your return.
We have four options for Listing on Therapy Rooms
1. Standard Listing for renting Monthly and Yearly ...........Pay a recurring monthly fee.
2. List on a P.P.L Pay Per Lead, you pay a fee to release an enquiry.
3. Booking, Hourly, Daily Short term ad Hoc, Charged as a % of your gross turnover
4. Booking, Hourly, Daily Short term ad Hoc, Pay a recurring Monthly fee.

You will receive bookings from members of our community including Health & Wellness professionals, freelancers and entrepreneurs. We verify our member's contact details and information so that you feel comfortable welcoming them into your space. However, the onus remains with you, the location owner, to ensure the users of your clinic are fully vetted. You dont need to confine rental to just health & wellness therapists, we have seen clinics rent to businesses, legal professionals, colleges and schools.
Therapists (customers) will contact you directly to discuss what their looking for, if a long term listing you negotiate terms between you, if short term they will book through the platform, (only after you grant access with the password option) you will receive an email notification when a booking is recieved, equally, requests for a booking will be sent to your inbox with full contact details.
